Adorable strapless cocktail dress for fancy nights out. flares out at the hips for a flattering look and has a bustier style ribbon detail in the front. the top half of the dress is ribbed on either side and the zipper closure runs down the back, with a hook closure at the top. the dress is fully lined (the lining is a subtle shade of nude). Made in the US.
